How to Pay Pune Property Tax Online

Now the residents of Pune, can pay their property tax online. Pune Municipal Corporation has provided the facility for this and it can be paid through any credit card or debit card. See the detail procedure to pay Pune property tax online.

Due to hectic schedule and busy life style, often we miss to pay our property taxes in due date leading to penalties and other problems. To ease the mode of paying property tax, now Pune Municipal Corporation has provided the facility to pay property tax online.

Procedure to pay Pune Property tax online

Using government official website of Pune Municipal Corporation, you can pay your tax at following website.
Visit http://www.punecorporation.org/pmcwebn/PTAXWEB23042010_DEPLOY/
Check Property Tax Dues Details by placing:-
Property Type
Section ID
Peth ID
Account No

And then select Type:-

O - Occupier
P - Peth
F - Flat

For Example -: O 2 09 00662007

And you will see your properties details on the screen.

After that fill the Applicant Mobile number and Applicant Email ID in
respective text boxes and then choose NET-BANKING type from the dropdown list which is just below the Applicant Email ID to pay online bill and click on PAY ONLINE button to start online payment.

Then you have to choose option button for payment. You can pay by net banking or credit card.

Payment Options: Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking Cash Card.
Credit Card: Select your Credit Card and click on Submit button.
Credit Card Options: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club International, American
Express Card.

After making the payment dont forget to take a printout of the same.
