Yoga Can Build Your Mental Health

4. bhujangasun,
5. mastyasan,

These are the common types of yoga to do for mental health.

Yoga is important in our life. Because when you doing yoga then your physically and mentally health is improve as compare to before yoga. Also when you doing yoga daily in the morning then your physical fitness is very very best.

In my life yoga is the best example to exercise in the morning or evening. Because when you doing yoga then our health is rich sandy.

1] when you are not feel well,then do not try to doing yoga.
2] doing yoga in empty stomach.
3] yoga start from the morning or evening.
4] the cloth should be loose while doing yoga.
5] keep your breath in control to get higher relaxation from yoga

As per my own experiences yoga is one of the best medicine for great physical health and mental health. Prior to joining yoga I feel very tedious and ill but after regular yoga I found many changes within me. Today I feel very energetic in every day and I am enjoying my life better way with Yoga.
