But if a person is an experienced one, he/ she will be just thinking whether the particular job will be in the pocket or not. If a person is fresher and facing the interview for the first time then there are some tips for them to keep in while going for the interview. Interviewer is the person who is going to see you for the first time. So he should have a very good impression of yours if you want him / her to select you.

"Interview" is a type of fear especially in the minds of freshers who are attending for the first or second time. Many people are very intelligent in answering questions, puzzles, riddles, etc, but while facing the interviewer, you have to follow some simple manners which count during the interview.

They are:

1. Smile - Good smile always pleases the person. So smile, which creates the first impression.

2. Firm handshake

3. Eye to eye contact. It is necessary for making the person feel confident about you.

4. Don't talk much and don't say unwanted things which are not asked.

5. Don't interrupt him / her when they are talking.

6. Listen the question first and then answer it correctly, confidently .

7. If you don't know the correct answer, just say "Sorry, I don't know".

8. At the time of interview , he / she will ask you to ask some questions. So be prepared with few ones as it will show your interest in the job.

9. Don't make any negative statements about your past employers ( if any ) .

10. Tell your strengths as if you are positive and tell your main firm points as your weaknesses.

Just be confident, career oriented, positive , energetic, enthusiastic, pleasing , helpful , etc and the job is yours.
