Instant and Quick Rava Idli


This article is based on the quick rava idli which is easy to prepare and very instant. Go through this article and enjoy this with your family and friends. In short, instad of taking dal idli atta use rava which is also called as Semilona. When you are short of time and you want to try some different breakfast then try this at home.

Instant and Quick Rava Idli.


Ingredients:

Rava (Semilona) - 2 cups
Curd - 2 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water [ if needed] - 1 cup
Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
Chana Dal - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - Few choppped finely.



Method:

Take a pan. Add rava , curd, salt, etc. Stir continuously.

Now keep tadka pan on the gas to heat. Add oil, mustard seeds. After the seeds crackle, add chana dal, haldi powder, and stir.

Then add coriander leaves , add to rava paste. now off the gas and add all things from the tadka pan an stirfor sometime.
If the batter is thick make itt thin paste to some extent by adding water.


And your rava dli batter is ready.

Now take idli pan and start putting the batter in each small container.


Keep in the cooker on the gas to heat. Place the idli stand after dding water inside the cooker. Cover the cooker without whistle.


And your Quick Rava idli is ready in just 5 min.


Enjoy with chutney.
