Summer season in on. Its very humid climate in Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra. In this hot weather, body gets hot and very difficult to maintain calm body all the day. Many of us go to work, and in the morning the sun-rays make body very hot. Lets us fight this heat by doing some small steps which we can do .

1. Wear loose cotton clothes.

2. Drink lots of water. Don't drink refrigerated water, as it is not good for health.

3. Instead of eating ice-creams, you can opt for Lemon juices or fruit juices.

4. Eat water- melons.

5. Have a cold water bath daily before sleeping.

6. Avoid non-fatty things.

7. Avoid going out in sun as much as you can.

8. Use SPF 15 sunscreen lotion.

9. Lights in your room should be off.

10. Avoid wearing black coloured clothes.

11. Drink Butter milk daily.

12. Have curd in your meals.

13. Have a face wash.

14. After washing your face, hands and legs, just don't wipe it out. Stand below fan
and feel the cool breeze of air on your wet body. Its very cool experience.

15. Use an ice cube to rub slowly on your face and other parts of the body.
