MHADA Low Budget Flats in Panvel

This article gives complete information on the proposed project to build low budget flats in Panvel to be constructed by Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) on land to be provided by MSRDC.

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has been successful in constructing and selling low budget flats to residents of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Thanks to this success, it is planning to now set up a township of low budget flats near Panvel, which falls on the outskirts of Mumbai.

Details of the MHADA low budget flats in Panvel: The proposed township of low budget MHADA flats will cover an expanse of 200 acres in Adai & Lodhavali (each 100 acres) near Panvel. The present owner of the land is Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC). Negotiations will take place between MHADA & MSRDC officials to give MHADA possession of the land.

Each of the low-budget flats will be approx. 484 sq ft. and there will be about 30,000 flats available for buyers.

The plans for the township has not yet been finalised, but it is likely that once the township comes up, the flats will be sold via a MHADA lottery.
