UNESCO/ISEDC Fellowships Programme


Applications are invited for the UNESCO/ISEDC Fellowships Programme 2011 from bright Indian students across the coutry. This is a co-sponsored program by UNESCO and Russia's Centre for Sustainable Energy Development (ISEDC). This article provides useful and related information regarding the fellowship.

UNESCO/ISEDC Fellowships Programme 2011.

The fellowships programme covers the following field of study in sustainable energy:

- Sustainable and renewable energy power generation.

- Energy and sustainable development.

- Renewable energy.

- Ecological management of energy resources.

Requirements:

- BSc or BA in Economics from a recognised University.

- The candidate should not be maximum 45 years of age.

- He/she should be proficient in Russian.

- The candidate should be in good health.

How to apply: Interested candidates should consider the following at the time of submitting applications:

- Only endorsed applications by the National Commission for UNESCO are eligible for submission.

- All application forms should be completed either in English or French.

Documents to be submitted alongwith the application:

- UNESCO fellowship application form in the prescribed format.

- Six passport size photographs.

- Attested photocopies of education certificates.

- Russian language proficiency certificate (minimum 500 hours of training).

Last date for submitting completed application form is 31 May, 2011.
