Youngest women in India to Climb Mount Everest| Krushna Patil From Pune
When Krushna Patil was 19 Years old then She became the youngest woman in India to climb the Mount Everest in 2009.. She is born in Pune and her parents are also live in Pune. Her parents were sent their only one daughter in Nehru Institute of Mountaineering. Her father is a merchant navy officer and mother is housewife. Both of them like the adventure and supports Krushna for her expeditions from one place to another place. Her father is not hesitate to send Krushna for a one an half month adventure course at Uttarkashi .Then Krushna get the chance to be part of the pre-Everest campaign, to scale Mount Satopanth. She overcome the 8848 m high Mount Everest on 21 May 2009.She got the Rajiv Gandhi women achiever award in 2009 for the achievement of Indian Youngest women to climb Mount Everest. Krushna parents get a bank loan of Rs 30 lakh to finance Everest journey but after Krushna achievement her loan amount is not taken by bank as government paid this amount.
She writes a book on her experiences while scaling Everest and other peaks which have been just publish in few months. She has various dreams. Most of dreams were fulfill like social service for underprivileged children, bike journey from Kolkata to Kanyakumari. She is becoming Idol of today's Young Age Girls. She gave empowerment to girls through the adventures. She get some critical experience when she go to Antarctic and the storm was to come. The temperature of wind is about-50 degree Celsius and she was not in condition to walk. Apart from all other dreams her big dream is to make a film on mountaineering. Recently Actress Vidya Balan called herself a dwarf in front of this Young lady. She is also seen in Shahrukh Khan Popular show Zor Ka Zatka . Krushna says "Have a faith in God then nothing is impossible. Do only the things when you have interest in it."
