Hydraulic Weight Lifting Crane
This is a project of hydraulic Crane made up of wooden plates and in this project injections are used for hydraulic pressure. This Crane can lift about 800 grams of weight.
(1) Four injections
(2) Two rubber pipe
(3) Two nuts and bold
(4) Some nails
(5) Some wooden plates
(6) Tape for sticking
(7) Hot glue
Step1: Take one wooden block type of slab to use as base and fit a small wooden strip using nails.
Step2: Then take two semi long wooden strips and joint it to the small strip using nut and bold so that it will move up and down.
Step3: Now fit a long strip between this two semi long strips as shown in picture using nut and bold and connect a weight pan to another end.
Step4: Now the time to add hydraulic part, take four injections and two rubber pipes and connect both to make two pairs as shown in picture, and fill tap water in one injection in both pair
Step5: Then place the two injections on wooden strip as shown in picture and stick it tightly using tape.
Step6: Also place some drop of hot glue on pipe ends so that pipe ends will not drop out because of pressure.
Step7: Now test your project by adding weight in weight pan and see how much weight it will lift.
