Ten Commandments For Managing Stress
1.Take better control of the way you are spending your time and energy, So you can handle stress more effectively.
2.By controlling who and what is surrounding you, You can either get rid of stress or get support for yourself.
3.By giving yourself the positive feedback ,You are unique individual who is doing the best you can.
4.By planning leisure activities into your life will help to have something to look forward to.
5.Exercise to your heart and lungs regularly , include the activities like walking ,jogging ,cycling ,swimming ,aerobics.
6.By taking the mind off yours stress and concentrating on breathing and positive thoughts.
7.Sleep regularly 7 to 8 hours at night, take study breaks.
8.Be aware of distress signals such as insomnia , headaches ,cold/flu etc. Remember, these can be signs of potentially more serious disorders.
9.Eat a balance diet. Avoid the high calorie foods. Do not take drugs or alcohol.
10.Look at the humor in the life when things do not make sense. Be happy.
