3.You eat also small portion and servesmall ones for all . use a small dish.
4.If you want to test any sweet then get sweet in you hand not a get in big dish .
5. YOu also deep the fridge stacked with papaya, apple & whatever other fruit eat before a meal.
6.Don't get sweet who are make up of vanaspati beaz these are harmful to our body.
7.Deep your light meal r=regular. Also remember, its not just sweet get spicy chivada , chakli , shev are rich in caloriestro.
8.For healthy body,go for the dry furuit thay are loaded with calories.
9.Exercise must be compalsry becauseto maintain our healthy body .don't miss your walk If you want right combo then sensible eating with medium exercise.
10.Only seen on Eat is not good .Also concentrater on uyourlooks&cloths. Eat as much as salad and soup also.
