Archies Ltd – Face value split from Rs 10/- to Rs 2/-


Archies Ltd. which had announced a face value split of its share from Rs 10 to Rs 2, in a communication to National Stock Exchange (NSE) has kept November 2, 2010 as the ex-date and November 3, 2010 as the Record Date. Members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the Record will be entitled to receive the shares as per the new face value.

Genus Power Infrastructure Ltd – Face Value Split in shares from Rs 10 to Re 1


Genus Power Infrastructure Ltd has announced 25 October 2010 as the Record Date and 22 October 2010 as ex-date for the purpose of face value split of its shares from Rs 10 to Rs 1/-
