Are you aware that State Bank of India (SBI) is retailing gold coins to retail customers through its selected branches. This service is going to be extended to all major branches at all major cities/towns. The Gold coin will be from 2 gms to 10 gms. While those from 20 to 50 gms would be in the form of Gold Ingots.
Are you aware that State Bank of India (SBI) is retailing gold coins to retail customers through its selected branches. This service is going to be extended to all major branches at all major cities/towns. The Gold coin will be from 2 gms to 10 gms. While those from 20 to 50 gms would be in the form of Gold Ingots. The Gold coin is of 99.99 purity. In view of the wide fluctuation in gold,the daily rates will be displayed at the branches authorized to sell the Gold coins. Selling Gold Coins through Banks makes it accessible to a wide spectrum of customers in view of the wide network of Bank branches. All major Banks sell gold coins, including ICICI Bank.HDFC Bank,Kotak Mahindra Bank and Corporation Bank. However, the Gold will not be bought back by the Bank.
