Bhajniche Vade - A Traditional Marathi Recipes

Are you looking for the Marathi recipe Bhajniche Vade method? We have given the steps to prepare Bhajniche Vade which is a Traditional Marathi recipe.
How to prepare Bhajniche Vade?
1& 1/2 cup Thalipith Bhajani, (apx 250 gms)
1 tsp red chili powder Pinch of asafetida
1/2 tsp Haldi powder
3 tsp chopped Cilantro
1 tsp hot oil
Oil for deep frying as per requirement
Salt for taste,
PREPARATION of Bhajniche Vade :-
Heat 1 tsp of oil, Take thalipith bhajani into a bowl. add cilantro, red chili powder, salt, Hing, and Haldi powder, Add hot oil into this Mixture. add cilantro, red chili powder, salt, Hing, and Haldi powder, stur well, add warm water Knead to medium dough Heat oil for deep frying. Divide the dough into 15 equal balls. . Apply little oil on a small plastic sheet Place 1 dough ball on it and pat and make round vada. Deep fry vada over medium heat until color changes to reddish brown
The vada should not break after putting in the oil for frying, Add 1 to 2 tsp wheat flour into remaining dough.
Thalipith Bhajani, is readily available in market if wish to prepare it at home here it the recipe for it.
1 kg Rice, 200 gram black chickpeas, 200 gram Urad Dal, 3/4 cup Wheat, 1/4 kg Jawar seeds, whole 100 gram Dhania seeds, 2 tsp Jeera
Mix all the ingredients Roast all the ingredients separately over medium heat until Color changes to light brown. grind to coarse powder. Bhajani should not be fine coarse but less coarse than wheat.
Serve with mutton masla, chicken masla, & other gravy oriented spicy non-veg dishes.
