How to reduce High Blood Pressure?


High Blood Pressure is slowly capturing the whole world.

As the ages are gone there are number of remedies available to reduce the HBP.

Following are few tips where you can reduce the High Blood Pressure into normal rate.

Tips to reduce High Blood Pressure :-

1- After age 18 and above you must go for BP check up once in 2 years.

2- HBP can damage and create problems for the major portion of the body like
stroke, kidney failure, heart disease and heart attack etc. hence must be
taken good care of heart.
3- Eat fresh and leafy vegetable as much as possible.

4- Drink lots of water to reduce accumulation of fats and removing the body
waste.
5- Stop taking tobacco, wine/vodka (alcohols) etc.

6- Keep mentally fresh and let the new thoughts arrive in fresh mind.

7- Stop thinking unnecessary and spare few moments regularly with your wards
and family.
8- Have your favorite pet with you and play with them often.

9- Limit your sodium intakes means reduce salts/oils and spicy foods.

10-Increase your daily exercise at certain limits.

11-Do some Praanayaam /Yoga for an Hour.

12-Have a visit to some natural places often with friends and relatives.

13-Maintain your balance account and financial accounts wisely.

14-If medication started by your doctor do take medicines for HBP without fail.

15-Regularly consult your doctor without any excuse.

16-Keep track record of your BP and see the progress.
