    Hi Hemant,

Welcome to MaharashtraSpider.com with great discussion topic.

In India, may employees are leaving Government job due to not well salary as per their duties, work and responcibilities. Take an example: SBI Chairman who is the chairperson of State bank of India may not have salary more than Private sector's Senior Manager.

But as per my view, Government Job is secured and we'll be safe until our 60 age.

Lets hope, Permanant Government Employee of Maharashtra will get increment in their salary.

    With regards,
    - Mahesh

A government employee whether he serves under State or Central government can only serve only one establishment according to constitutionally framed rules.

At the time of entry into service for the first time, the government employees will take a oath and also in writing to say, they serve the government as a full time servants that means for whole 24 hours in a day, hence the government rule say even after office hours if the employee wants to leave the headquarters he is required to take the permission from the office to leave the headquarters, if not, if any untoward incidents happen to the life of such employees they may loose the benefits from the government.

The government employees who takes part in any other activities which yields income like acting in TV serials or participating in any other programmes, acting in movies etc., they need to take permission from the concerned office which represents the government.

So, any government employee legally can serve only one establishment in his service life time.

No only out of pocket expenses would be paid for one post It is an honorary post Like RBI Governor is President of Indian Institute of Bankers but honorary.
