From the above mentioned options of the poll it is the Olive oil which is considered as Healthier with respect to the Heart functioning of human body. The olive oil is also known for its taste and the nutrients that it has. So the olive oil is to be mentioned specifically for cooking various types of delicious dishes.
Other healthier types of oil are in the format of Refined oil. But amongst the above options the refined groundnut oil is to be considered healthier and it is widely used in India. But, Olive oil is being produced in the countries like USA, Australia and Britain. And obviously as the olive oil is being manufactured in foreign countries; it is going to costly in India. Today many online shopping portals are there who promote olive oil and shows us various schemes to buy them.
So among the above options the Refined groundnut oil is healthier for our health and in terms of cost too.
