Yes the refill booking system must be designed in such a way that it allows their customer to know the details of services to which they spend their hard earned money. A receipt while booking for a refilling of a cylinder is a must. Government should declare that if they fail to provide such tamper proof services; then that agency will be charged so that they provide decent customer services. After all, every customer can't go to consumer court regarding such basic complaints.
